I'll be presenting two sessions at the annual Northwoods Children's Book Conference in Cable, Wisconsin on October 1. This is a terrific conference and there are still openings. Check it out.

I'll be leading one workshop on writing YA fiction and another on "Reaching the Resistant Writer." My workshops are always hands-on with lots of fun small-group work involving writing exercises you can put to use with your own projects.

After that I come home to Eau Claire and start raking leaves.
